1. Navigate to https://stvhopeclinics.org/
2. Click on “Grace Clinic Medications”
3. Complete all the required field
4. Select the medication you are dispensing from the dropdown
5. Find the bottle number and enter it on the form
6. Document the amount of bottles you are dispensing
7. Document the total amount of pills in the bottles
8. Submit your response 🚀
9. DO NOT FORGET TO DOCUMENT ON EPIC THAT YOU DISPENSED THE MEDICATION!
