Color Choice: White Design Highlights: A humorous and bold concept inspired by the deep-fried meme aesthetic, reminiscent of the “Practitioner of Medicine” shirts. Inspiration: “My design takes a playful approach, incorporating the over-the-top deep-fried meme style. It’s meant to stand out and spark a smile while keeping the spirit of the clinic light-hearted yet memorable. Drawing inspiration from the popular ‘Practitioner of Medicine’ shirts, this design adds a fun twist to convey the unique personality and creativity of our community.”

Inspiration: “My design embraces simplicity and minimalism, allowing the core message to shine through without distractions. By incorporating a touch of color, the design draws attention while remaining clean and elegant. With fewer letters and elements, the underlying meaning becomes clear and accessible, creating a shirt that is as impactful as it is timeless.”
Color Choice: Light Blue with White Text and Graphic or Dark Blue with White Graphic Design Highlights: Features the clinic’s entryway, a symbol of openness and inclusion, with an optional focus on simplifying elements like the bricks for a cleaner design. Inspiration: “My design centers on the entryway of the clinic—a powerful emblem of our mission to welcome all. The open doors symbolize acceptance, affirming that everyone is valued here, regardless of race, insurance, or sexual orientation. At the bottom of the design, people holding hands represent the vision of I-COPE as a unified community, embodying the spirit of ‘all for one, and one for all.’ Though I’m not a graphic designer, this concept reflects the values we stand for and the community we strive to build.”
Color Choice: Navy Blue Design Highlights: Combines elements of tradition, symbolism, and local pride, featuring a mix of the original stethoscope and bird from the HOPE logo, alongside other meaningful representations. Inspiration: “My design pays tribute to the defining features of both the clinic and Galveston. The clinic gate, as the first point of welcome, symbolizes the openness and care that St. Vincent’s embodies. To further honor Galveston, I incorporated its lush greenery and serene waters into concentric circles, creating a sense of harmony and connection. Though this started as a study break sketch, it reflects my vision of bringing tradition, community, and local identity to life. If selected, I’m excited to turn this concept into a polished digital design.”

Just as wildflowers thrive in unexpected places, I-COPE fosters hope and healing by overcoming social and financial barriers—creating a nurturing space where individuals can flourish together

By keeping the shirt’s design simple yet colorful, I aim to symbolize the uplifting spirit and inclusive care that St. Vincent’s provides to the community. This design captures both the heart of our mission and the warmth of our outreach.”
