Based on the information you provided, your patient is donating the cost of their procedure. Please inform them that a text message has been sent to their phone number with details regarding the cost of their procedure and a link to make the donation. Kindly ask them to ensure that this is completed before scheduling their imaging appointment.

Provider Instructions

1. Do NOT Place the Epic order yet

2. A staff member will contact faculty once the donation is completed asking them to place the Epic order using the radiology protocol for St Vincent’s grant.

3. Make sure the patient’s phone number is correct in the chart as UTMB will contact them to schedule their test once the donation is completed and an order is placed on their chart.
